Customer Service
Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
1. Bertanggung jawab untuk merespon semua pertanyaan, keluhan, saran dari konsumen
2. Bertanggung jawab untuk memfollow up semua keluhan konsumen sampai selesai
3. Melaporkan setiap telepon, SMS, email, feedback social media yang masuk
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications or equivalent with min GPA 3.00.
  • Female, 22 - 25 years old
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
