- Work experience min. 1 year in same level
- Having knowledge about administration, control rental fee, security deposit & promotion levy
- Having knowledge about give satisfactory service in the billing & invoice for tenants
- Skills : computer, communication, negotiation, English active (preferable)
- Fast learner, adaptable, assertive, can work under pressure
