Personnel and Admin Support Jakarta Raya - Head Office
Responsibilities:
This position required to support all administration activities and data of Maloko Quarry. The task will be covering, but not limited to :
- Handle Petty Cash
- Support all activity regarding personnel administration (Ex/ calculate personnel summary overtime, medical usage)
- Handle “Pajak Bahan Galian”, Electricity, and “Jamsostek”
- Responsible to maintain housekeeping in Maloko Quarry area
- Manage Equipment and Stationary tools
Requirements:
Education
- Min. Diploma Degree, Majoring from Economy is preferable
Experience :
- 3 years experiences as administration staff or other relevant position
Computer literacy :
Language :
- Good in English and Bahasa
Other qualification / skills :
- Good knowledge about Tax and Labor Regulation
- Detail oriented and thorough
- Hard Worker
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Able to work in under pressure situation
