Personnel and Admin Support
Jakarta Raya - Head Office
Responsibilities: 
This position required to support all administration activities and data of Maloko Quarry. The task will be covering, but not limited to :
  • Handle Petty Cash
  • Support all activity regarding personnel administration (Ex/ calculate personnel summary overtime, medical usage)
  • Handle “Pajak Bahan Galian”, Electricity, and “Jamsostek”
  • Responsible to maintain housekeeping in Maloko Quarry area
  • Manage Equipment and Stationary tools

Requirements:
Education
  • Min. Diploma Degree, Majoring from Economy is preferable
Experience :
  • 3 years experiences as administration staff or other relevant position
Computer literacy : 
  • Ms Office, SAP System
Language : 
  • Good in English and Bahasa
Other qualification / skills : 
  • Good knowledge about Tax and Labor Regulation
  • Detail oriented and thorough
  • Hard Worker
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Able to work in under pressure situation
