Career Opportunities Recruitment & Taining Specialist Jakarta Raya, Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Yogyakarta Responsibilities:  He/ she will report to HR Manager at Head Office in: 1. Conducting sourcing, selection and recruitment processes (mainly for Management Trainee positions for Jakarta, East Java, Central Java, Makassar and Bali areas). 2. Handling general recruitment database systems, selection tests and other personnel administrations verification. 3. Performing the operation training need assessment, running and coordinating training materials delivery and evaluating training programs effectiveness 4. Administering and organizing training data and administration, i.e. training materials, training center expenses and training costs, training executions reports, trainees’ and trainers’ evaluations Requirements:  - Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, or equivalent. - Required skill(s): Competency Based Interview Skills, Training Skills. - At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Preferably Supervisors / Coordinators who come from Retails, FMCG, Pharmacy Companies and are specializing in Training & Development, Recruitment or other HR Operations function. - Effective team player, self motivated person and has high energy level . - A responsible worker who has good priority management competency. - Individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.
