Head of Compensation and Benefit Jakarta Raya - Green Garden Responsibilities:  Responsible for employee working contract, mutation, promotion and trainee To analyze, drafting and reviewing about all Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in HR PErsonnel adm.field Understanding JAMSOSTEK, Insurance Responsible for employee and administration Responsible for turn-over analyzing Monthly report about head - count and employee data Weekly report about turnover Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from school of Law / Economic Having minimum 5 years working experiences in HR field Familiar with labour Law or other government regulation Good English both spoken and written Advance in computer literature such as : MS Office, Open Office, MS Vision and MS Project Able to work under - Pressure, within tight deadlines and also can work as a team or indivdualy Sent email to   recruitment@indovision.tv
