Field Assistant Trainee (Kode FAT)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities: 
Untuk mengatur dan mengawasi pelaksanaan program kerja operasional kebun sehingga semua proses kerja dapat dipastikan berjalan sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan, meliputi : Land Preparation, Nursery, Planting, dan Immature serta Mature Program.

Requirements:
  • Pendidikan D3 / S1 Jurusan Budi Daya Pertanian (Agronomi), Hama dan Penyakit Tanaman dan Ilmu Tanah dengan IPK minimal 2.75. Lebih disukai yang memiliki pengetahuan tanaman kelapa sawit, karet, coklat dan teh.
  • Usia maksimum 27tahun
  • Bersedia mengikuti Program Training dan bersedia ditempatkan dilokasi kebun perusahaan, terutama di wilayah Sumatra Selatan dan Kalimantan
