Marketing for Building & Commercial Services Business Division (Marketing – B&CSD) (Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities: Bachelor degree, with 3-5 years of related job experience or equivalent training in marketing or business administration. Master degree, preferably MBA level of education in an appropriate discipline plus max. 2 years of related job experience is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills. Good command in english and computer literacy. Good presentation skill. Having experience in developing and executing marketing programs. Well understanding in pricing management, market analysis and competitor analysis. Creative and independent person with strong self driven. Requirements: You will be responsible to develop and implement a various marketing programs for a wide range of 3M Building & Commercial Services products. Providing general supports to sales team and distributors is also becoming one of your responsibilities.
