  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun
  • Sarjana Psikologi / Teknik / Manajemen, IPK min : 3.00
  • Memiliki pengalaman 5 tahun di Bidang Career and Development
  • Aktif berbahasa Inggris
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai fasilitator baik Training internal ataupun training eksternal
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki daya analisa, aktif dan dinamis
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang HR-Specialist / HR-Career Development, min. 3 tahun
  • Menguasi bidang competency & KPI Balanced Score Card
  • Memiliki pemahaman mengenai permasalahan pengembangan Management Trainee
  • Bersedia di tempatkan di Kantor Pusat - Cakung
