SUN Engineer
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Hardware maintenance of SUN server equipment hardware
  • Responsible Maintenance operation and troubleshooting,
  • Level 1 and level 2 problem handling
  • Periodic reporting to superior, Senior Supervisor and Team Leader
  • Responsible in maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Maintain KPI of Change Request and trouble ticket

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from Engineering
  • SUN Certified if preferable
  • Have experience 2 year in SUN equipment as Technical Support/ Implementation Engineer, or others
  • Experience in SUN Cluster system
  • Expert in Unix system
  • Additional Skills IBM/HP/Dell server equipment knowledge
  • Abilities Logical Troubleshooting
  • Attitude positive, active, and fast response, initiative
  • Having  knowledge about TCP/IP, SS7, SCTP, M3UA, Unix/Linux will be advantage
  • Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Have good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Willing to work under-pressure and in fast changing environment
