SUN Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Hardware maintenance of SUN server equipment hardware
- Responsible Maintenance operation and troubleshooting,
- Level 1 and level 2 problem handling
- Periodic reporting to superior, Senior Supervisor and Team Leader
- Responsible in maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain KPI of Change Request and trouble ticket
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Engineering
- SUN Certified if preferable
- Have experience 2 year in SUN equipment as Technical Support/ Implementation Engineer, or others
- Experience in SUN Cluster system
- Expert in Unix system
- Additional Skills IBM/HP/Dell server equipment knowledge
- Abilities Logical Troubleshooting
- Attitude positive, active, and fast response, initiative
- Having knowledge about TCP/IP, SS7, SCTP, M3UA, Unix/Linux will be advantage
- Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Have good interpersonal & communication skill
- Willing to work under-pressure and in fast changing environment
