HR Area Coordinator
Jakarta Raya - Head Office
Responsibilities:
  • As Human Resources Development Directorate point of contact in respective location
  • To preserve employee value preposition by maintaining conducive working environment and employee motivation.
  • To identify and analyse CLA implementation impact to operational business decisions/activities including industrial relations issues.
  • To communicate HRD initiatives and directives.
  • Coordinate with related parties to resolve and handling complaint/feedback/request which related to HR issues.
  • Strategic partner for Business Unit Area.
Requirements:
Education :
min S-1 degree, from engineering, law, psychology or other relevant discipline.
 
Experience:
Experience to work on Human Resources  for minimum 3 years
Experience in dealing effectively with people at a senior level within an organisation
 
       Computer literacy :
Computer literacy; Office & Lotus Notes
 
       Language:
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
 
      Other qualification / skills :
Knowledge on HR Operations
Knowledge on HR Reporting (Holcim Information Platform)
Knowledge on industrial and labour law
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking
