Field Credit Control Coordinator
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Memimpin kerja tim credit control dan bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target collection, serta mengontrol kualitas SDM collector dan verifikator

Requirements:
  • Pria maksimal 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan S1 segala jurusan
  • Memiliki sepeda motor & memiliki SIM C
  • Berpengalaman memimpin tim penagihan, tim survey, diutamakan pada perusahaan pembiayaan/ lembaga keuangan/ kredit ritel sekurangnya 1 tahun
  • Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan dan bersedia ditempatkan di kota-kota Pulau Jawa dan Bali
  • Memahami credit collection/ commercial credit management, dan mengerti proses penagihan dan survey kelayakan konsumen
  • Achievement oriented, self started, independen, mampu memimpin, serta memiliki kemampuan analisa dan pemecahan masalah yang baik
