Sales for Abrasive Products (Sales – ASD)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Abrasive Products market, also develop, maintain and enhance customer relationship/ intimacy.
• In addition, he/she also has to work with distributors to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum of 3 years selling experience to the related market.
• Having well understanding of related industry and market.
• Good command in English for both verbal and written is a must.
• Computer Literate.
• Result oriented person, self-driven, aggressive and highly motivated individual, fast learner and good analytical thinking.
• Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skill.
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
