Channel Activation Assistant Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- To
support Trade Marketing infrastructure and capabilities in providing
support for Strategic plan and Execution of channel strategy.
- To
assists Trade Marketing Manager to develop quarterly plans &
evaluation including budget allocation, number of units by area basis.
- To
initiate and develop Merchandising unit from concept to final design
for in & out store merchandising unit for various formats within
Modern Trade channel.
- To
initiate & develop merchandising guidelines for relevant formats
Modern Trade channel, working closely with Manager, with approval from
Function Head.
- To
work closely with Key Account Team & Merchandising Team for
implementation of picture of success, monitor hardware quality &
performance periodically, and to track and evaluate in-store execution.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably
Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Corporate or
equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or equivalent.
