Sales Development Senior Staff
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Melakukan program pengembangan bagi team sales.
  • Membuat dan menjalankan modul training bagi team sales.
  • Menjadi internal trainer dan memonitor progress pengembangan para sales.
Requirements:
  • S1 segala jurusan, Usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Pengalaman sebagai Sales Support/Senior Salesman di bidang General Trade/Direct Selling minimal 1 tahun.
  • Mampu melakukan program-program pengembangan bagi team sales
  • Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan dan menjalin relasi yang luas dan bervariasi
  • Dinamis, achievement oriented, customer service oriented, komunikatif & memiliki kemampuan analisa & problem solving yang baik
