Shipping Company specialized in Oil and Gas Industry looking for suitable candidates to fill the following the position in Jakarta

Marine Operational Staff
Jakarta Raya, Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare the inward and outward clearance for the vessels as well as shifting permit when required
  • Arrange and coordinate crew changes and various immigration process for expatriate crews
  • Board the vessels and liaise with vessels crew and port authorities
  • Arrange the extension of the vessel certificates when required
  • Send necessary report and up dates
  • Liaise with local sub agents when required
  • Apply for IPKA, PPKA and other permits with SEACOM Jakarta

Requirements:
  • Male
  • Max. 35 year old
  • DIII
  • Min 3 years experience in shipping agency and marine matter
  • Computer literate : Window office applications
  • Good personality, able to work independently and as a team
