Dear All,

Our client is a leading international oil & gas company with an attractive portfolio of exploration and development projects, urgently need following position below:

Position : Project Manager
Educational Background : S1, Civil/mechanical Engineering.
Experience : Experience in Oil & Gas Industry More than 8 Years
Competencies : Well Understand general requirement doing project in oil & Gas Industry (including contract, budget, HSE Aspect, ect)
Personalities : Honest. Hard worker, willing to be placed in Balikpapan Base.
Language : English (verbal & Written)
Computer literature : MS. Office Package.

With experiences as Construction Manager/ Project Manager/ Project Coordinator in Oil and Gas industry.

Specific job :
. Coordinate & control the jobs related to service matters in order to respect the HSE policies & procedures

. Contribute human resources management and development programs within projects in order to reach optimum competency of each personnel required by the post and to motivate them to achieve organization's objective

. Support in budget plan and budget realization control for overall construction works in asset to optimize the operational expenses and to achieve cost efficiency and effectiveness.

. Prepare, assist and control contractual process and documents to ensure contractual documents in accordance with Project Execution Plan and the contractual process well delivered.

. Assist Head Department on project control to ensure the project delivered accordance with requirement and budget.

. Evaluate and control EPC contractors performance and achievement to ensure their performance and achievement in accordance with the contractual requirements.

. Conduct close out for contract and establish final documentation covering change order settlements, financial final statement and contract final value to ensure the contract termination done properly and solving each issue that came up during the execution process.
