We, Pt Punj Lloyd Indonesia, are one of the largest EPC Companies in Indonesia. We focus in the Oil And Gas sector, we currently have following vacant positions for various projects and corporate office:

1. PROPOSAL COORDINATOR
2. PROPOSAL ENGINEER

Qualification
• Engineer – Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Chemical
• Knowledge of Primavera and Auto cad will be an added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
• 3 to 7 years of experience in EPC company working in offshore
• Techno-commercial Proposal/ bid preparation, Estimation, preparation of Material Take Offs
• Well versed with Indonesian Oil & Gas tendering & prequalification process
• Good written & verbal communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Self motivated, result oriented, capable of multi-tasking & team player
Job Description
• EPC proposal / bid preparation in coordination with Bid Manager & other team members
• Study & understand tender document, floating enquiries to vendors & Sub contractors
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as Projects, HSE, QA/QC, Contracts, HR, Procurement department etc. for getting their inputs for tender preparation
• Compilation & checking completeness of bid / proposal in specified time according to tender requirement

3. PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR (Relevant experience min 10 years in the same field and same type of business)
4. BUYER OFFICER (Relevant experience min 5 years in the same field and same type of business)
5. LOGISTIK OFFICER (Relevant experience min 5 years in the same field and same type of business)
6. EKSPEDITOR (Relevant experience min 5 years in the same field and same type of business)

General Requirements:

1. Familiar with MS Office
2. Good English
3. Familiar with EPC Oil And Gas industry
