Instrument Engineer
About the Job
My client is a small internationally renowned company specialising in coal quality and monitoring instrumentation. They are currently looking to build their small team with an Engineer who can design, build, commission and maintain a range of electronic instrumentation for measurements. The day to day duties of the engineer will be varied, but it is essential that you possess a Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Software Design.You will be an "adventurous" engineer as the role will require travel to remote locations and you must be able to demonstrate being able to work under pressure. Communication is key in this role and requires someone who possesses an outgoing and friendly personality, as the customer may not be technical or speak limited English.
Ideally the successful candidate will have travelled outside of Europe and worked overseas. This is a varied, interesting and rewarding job for the right candidate who is prepared to "get their hands dirty"
