Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Age : max. 30 years old
  • Education : min. Diploma in any major (preferable from reputable University)
  • Work experience min. 1 year in same level
  • Having knowledge about administration, control rental fee, security deposit & promotion levy
  • Having knowledge about give satisfactory service in the billing & invoice for tenants
  • Skills : computer, communication, negotiation, English active (preferable)
  • Fast learner, adaptable, assertive, can work under pressure
