Responsibilities:

To ensure proper execution in area, lead, coach and develop sales force to implement:
Channel and customer plans
The desired in-store conditions
Sales objectives at the store level
Distribution objectives
Manage various aspects related to customer management such as sales performance, working capital, return investment, field sales force development, distributor management and many other related aspects.

Requirements:

Graduate from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
Fluent in oral and written English
Excellent presentation skill and strong leadership
Willing to be placed in all cities in Indonesia
High motivation and positive attitude
