Currently we are looking for qualified Candidates for our Client, Multinational company,  as:

 
Admin Officer
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting in administrative for Promo & Activation (POs/ticketing/Eform/PLVs etc)
  • Update and keep tracking on team's projects (Promo, Events, POSM, basic data report etc)
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Proficient in English is a must
  • Preferably has previous admin experience
  • Microsoft Excel literate: vlookup, hlookup, formulas, pivot table, Powerpoint, Words
  • Attention to detail
  • Hardworking & responsible
  • Initiative, High energy, Flexible, Result oriented
