Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Business Partners on low – moderate complexity, generally individual brands with TCV < $100K deals. Will also support multiple brand requests eg. STG, SWG and preapproved ITS.
  • Act as the single point of contact for sales support for Business Partners taking full ownership of the requests until closure with a complete response to the requestor.
  • Provide advice on product selection, product performance and potential clothing opportunities
  • Support the overall technical solution design process, but not involved in architecting the technical solution.
  • Identify resources and facilitate the engagement of the IBM organisation to support the business partners in their sales process.
  • Support the Business Partner proposal development activities through the provision of channel ready sales collateral and “proposal inserts” for use in the proposal documents.
  • Obtain and provide approved pricing for the IBM components of proposed solutions. Assist the BPs to complete the relevant special bid forms (OPRA) in readiness if the Distributor needs to submit for special bid to IBM.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant business control, reviews and approval requirements.
  • Maintain a control file of Business Partner correspondence and deal related documents.
  • Provide the initial escalation point for Business Partner issues (in collaboration with OO and BPO).
  • Identify resources, coordinate participation of SME business Resources, aligned function and brand support technical resources.
  • Engage iBSS to assist Business Partners on sales engagement with clients, when required.
  • Engage Bid Support Specialist when appropriate.
  • Liaise with CRBP when required.
  • Participate in the country small deals and cross brand interlocks & support the business initiatives to drive the business strategies. Provide updates & recommendations as appropriate to the country teams for business improvement & enhanced process execution.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in Pre-Sales support and strong communications skills for liaison with various business partners
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
