Sales for Electrical Products (Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Electrical market, also develop, maintain and enhance customer relationship/ intimacy. In addition, he/she also has to work with distributors to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably from Electrical Engineering background. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or equivalent. Having well understanding of related industry and market. Good command in English for both verbal and written is a must. Computer Literate. Result oriented person, self-driven, aggressive and highly motivated individual, fast learner and good analytical thinking. Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skill. Can work under pressure with minimum supervision. 1 Full-Time position(s) available. We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with considerable industry and practical experience. An advanced degree in Electrical engineering from a local university or abroad is highly desired. In addition, an understanding of MV cable jointing and termination would be a plus. Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills are expected. This position will require travelling to various provinces in Indonesia to support the sales team, with occasional international travel, and is rewarded with an attractive salary package including vehicle.
