Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
Customer Relations Manager will assess customer needs and generate sales lead through personalized service. Customer Relations Managers develop relationship strategies and programs that produce business value and favourable customer experiences. They will monitor  satisfaction and recommend approaches companies can implement to better their customer

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Hospitality or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Background from banking is preferable
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Customer Service or sales experience
  • Fluent English
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
