Medical Delegate Supervisor - Pematang Siantar (Code: MDS-PS)
Jakarta Raya, Pematangsiantar (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
  • Through the coordination and supervision of marketing and detailing activities in the most effective and efficient way, provide accurate information to HealthCare Professionals about Nestlé's Infant Nutrition Products, their features, advantages, benefits and their appropriate use within the Code of Ethics and Nestlé's Instructions, in order to increase confidence in Infant Nutrition products.
  • Guide and manage and develop of a team of Medical Delegates
  • Synthesize key facts and figures of the area and key contact relationships to identify business opportunities for consolidation and improvement, and thus develop, execute, review and reformulate action plans that identify objectives, set the strategies and budget foreseeable operational expenses to achieve area objectives with compliance to the WHO and National Code and Nestle guidelines
  • Conduct periodic trade checks to ensure product availability and market hygiene and completeness of product range
  • Implement cycle detailing/promotional strategies set by brand management
  • Ensure the timely allocation of detailing and communication materials to MD’s
  • Ensure timely collation of weekly plans and reports on sales achievements, call rates, call reach, usage and acceptance of products and literature/detailing aids, so as to provide feedback on problems and opportunities and take appropriate measures to capitalize or rectify the situation
  • Control and manage expenditure of the operational budget, and submit on-time expense statements
  • Conduct regular market research on competitor activities (stock level and prices), launch of new products, communication materials, SKU’s, competitive pricing, field strength, and territory coverage to provide Management with information to improve the promotion of Nutrition products
  • Ensure compliance of team’s activities with the WHO Code, National Code and the Nestle Instructions

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Science & Technology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, professional detailing skills, good planning and execution skills, team player with sound decision making skills, good area management and project management skills, Ability to deal closely with contacts and build strong relationship.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Corporate, Medical Delegate and Marketing
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
