Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for employee working contract, mutation, promotion and trainee
  • To analyze, drafting and reviewing about all Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in HR PErsonnel adm.field
  • Understanding JAMSOSTEK, Insurance
  • Responsible for employee and administration
  • Responsible for turn-over analyzing
  • Monthly report about head - count and employee data
  • Weekly report about turnover

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from school of Law / Economic
  • Having minimum 5 years working experiences in HR field
  • Familiar with labour Law or other government regulation
  • Good English both spoken and written
  • Advance in computer literature such as : MS Office, Open Office, MS Vision and MS Project
  • Able to work under - Pressure, within tight deadlines and also can work as a team or indivdualy
