Responsibilities:

Conduct well performance analysis in order to identify any improvement can be done to optimize the production
Propose wellwork & recompletion Program in order to improve wells deliverability.
Organize Post well review which involve multi decipline sub-surface engineer and G&G in order to have lesson learn and best
Participate in regular BPMIGAS budgetting process (WP&B) in order to provide technical justification and scope of work for any wellwork / recompletion program

Requirements:

S1 with minimum GPA 2.75 in Petroleum / Chemical Engineering. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum 1 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
