Responsibilities:
  • Conduct well performance analysis in order to identify any improvement can be done to optimize the production
  • Propose wellwork & recompletion Program in order to improve wells deliverability.
  • Organize Post well review which involve multi decipline sub-surface engineer and G&G in order to have lesson learn and best
  • Participate in regular BPMIGAS budgetting process (WP&B) in order to provide technical justification and scope of work for any wellwork / recompletion program
Requirements:
  • S1 with minimum GPA 2.75 in Petroleum / Chemical Engineering. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
  • Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
  • Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
