Responsibilities:

Melakukan program pengembangan bagi team sales.
Membuat dan menjalankan modul training bagi team sales.
Menjadi internal trainer dan memonitor progress pengembangan para sales.

Requirements:

S1 segala jurusan, Usia maksimal 30 tahun

Pengalaman sebagai Sales Support/Senior Salesman di bidang General Trade/Direct Selling minimal 1 tahun.

Mampu melakukan program-program pengembangan bagi team sales

Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan dan menjalin relasi yang luas dan bervariasi

Dinamis, achievement oriented, customer service oriented, komunikatif & memiliki kemampuan analisa & problem solving yang baik
