HR & Administration Manager

Specific Accountabilities
• Ensure the availability and optimum deployment of the Companys prime resource – its people - to achieve expected business objectives, client outcomes, and company profitability
• Maintain regular review of the HR function, its processes, and organizational structure to ensure currency and best efficiency in the delivery of expected and agreed services
• Prepare the strategic HR Plan for the location in consultation with the Location Management Team and drive the plan to ensure all deliverables are met.
• In consultation with management, and in support of the HR Plan, ensure appropriate policies, processes and procedures are in place and fully maintained
• Manage and maintain personnel administration, recruitment, selection, induction and training, employee relations and welfare, remuneration and benefits, redeployment and exits, and any other HR activities as directed.
• Provide coaching and support to location management in the effective and efficient management of all aspects of HR management
• Lead the recruitment function to ensure all projects have workforce plans in place and are being actioned in a timely fashion especially during critical ramp-up and ramp down phases. Pay active attention to supporting the redeployment of employees completing project assignments
• Ensure personnel records are securely maintained to meet employee, company and statutory requirements and entitlements
• Ensure activities related to the function comply with relevant Corporate and local legislation, and ethical standards, using to the maximum extent possible, WorleyParsons systems, policies, processes and procedures as go-bys making effective use of go-bys
• Actively support regional HR initiatives and represent Location HR needs to Regional HR
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices within HR. Understand and follow Oneway and all OH&S procedures.

• A demonstrated ability to work in partnership with the management team to create a positive workplace culture that fosters ongoing staff attraction, development, motivation and retention
• Demonstrated systems and process management orientation and competence
• Proven leader and functional manager with change management and communication skills, supported by coaching, influencing and mentoring skills, and sensitivity to cultural issues
• Solid understanding in Indonesian labour laws
• Experience in a multicultural environment within the ASCH region with understanding and empathy in issues with expats and employee mobility.
• Strong business and commercial acumen including an overt customer/stakeholder focused ethos
• Degree qualified in relevant discipline
• Incumbents are expected to have a minimum 15 years of relevant HR experience, including 5 years at leadership level and 3 - 5 years exposure in International Engineering Company.
• Indonesian nationality is a must.

PIPELINE ENGINEER

Technical Requirements:
• Masters/Bachelors of Marine/Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• 1-2 years experience in related discipline
• Knowledge of DNV OS-F101
• Knowledge of API 1111 & ASME B31.4/B31.8
• Knowledge of DNV Related Codes & Recommended Practices
• Knowledge of offshore construction methods and flowline installation
• An Understanding of the technical issues related to high pressure, high temperature deepwaterflowlines. An understanding of the interaction between risers and flowlines
• Pipeline layout and routing experience
• Ability to interface and work closely with other disciplines in the project team and with the client
• However Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

• Proven ability to work with training and supervision
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness and ability to work as part of a team, and learn new things
• Possess good software skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
