Alternative Channel - Direct Sales Supervisor (JABODETABEK)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• To seek and identify opportunities and capture new markets for AXIS product and business solutions.
• To sell AXIS product and solution to potential customers, communities and corporates
• To evaluate and monitor sales target
• To supervise and develop team to achieve target
• To ensure every program or strategy can be well-implemented
• To support achievement for visibility and availability
• To have reguler field visit
• To Make regular report acurately and timely
   

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 - S1, from any disicipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Direct Selling, Corporate, Marketing from Telecommunication Industry or FMCG
• Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory level
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Good Leadership (planning, monitoring, evaluating, coaching and counseling)
• Good reporting skill, presentation skill
• Have excellent skills in standars applications of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi
