Responsibilities:
- To seek and identify opportunities and capture new markets for AXIS product and business solutions.
- To sell AXIS product and solution to potential customers, communities and corporates
- To evaluate and monitor sales target
- To supervise and develop team to achieve target
- To ensure every program or strategy can be well-implemented
- To support achievement for visibility and availability
- To have reguler field visit

To Make regular report acurately and timely
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 - S1, from any disicipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Direct Selling, Corporate, Marketing from Telecommunication Industry or FMCG
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory level
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Good Leadership (planning, monitoring, evaluating, coaching and counseling)
- Good reporting skill, presentation skill
- Have excellent skills in standars applications of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi
