Advertising vacancies on websites
CV searching for suitable applicants
Meet and greet applicants
Reference Checking
Ensure all recruitment paperwork is current and application packs available for recruitment sessions
Pre-screens
Interviewing
Testing
Ensure all Applicants are put through the assessment centre
Ensure all recruitment requests are fulfilled within the agreed timescales
Ensure all leavers are replaced
Update and maintain various spreadsheets
Ensure Payroll has all new starter forms and union forms
Liaise with Immigration
Co-ordinate inductions
Dealing with unsuccessful applicants
Shift Supervisor Cover
Provide holiday/absence cover for Shift Supervisors
Attend Shift meetings when appropriate
All relevant Shift Supervisors admin work
Payroll activities
Witness disciplinary & grievance meetings and take notes
The successful applicant will ideally have recruitment experience, be highly organised and self-motivated and have a confident approach to learning new tasks.
Normal hours of work will be either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, however, on occasions you will be required to work shifts to cover holidays and absences.Due to the high volumes of applications we are currently receiving, unfortunately we are only able to contact candidates who are successful in progressing to the next stage.
