The Role
Main Responsibilities:
1. Build up project baselines, including scope baseline, time baseline, cost baseline and manpower baseline.
2. Responsible for project planning, scheduling, tracking and provide status of projects on a timely basis.
3. Break down project cost budget into appropriate work breakdown structure.
4. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, monthly project progress and cost reports.
5. Generate monthly progress curves(earned value/ S-curve) of the projects for the management and scheduled reports for the client as per contract requirements.
6. Establish and review measurement mechanism and recommend appropriate actions to the project manager.
7. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors for site activities/ work progress.
8. Attend progress review meetings with the client or subcontractor and prepare minutes of meeting.
9. Interact with subcontractors to get progress information.
RequirementsEducational Background: Bachelor degree or above in Engineering. Working Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in EPCC projects. Having the background in design and construction is preferable. Skills: 1. Fluency in English, both writing and speaking; 2. Having good command of Primavera, MS Project and MS Office; 3. Strong analytical mind, ability of overall planning and communication. |
