Excellent opportunity to join the specialist in-house recruitment team of a leading international oil company based at their luxury offices in London's West End.​

You will resource talented individuals to work for their Saudi based HQ.​ Liaising with professional bodies, universities, engineering companies and other key corporate organisations you will be helping to identify the target companies who could provide you with top talent.​ You will also network closely with contacts in the oil and gas industry to help to identify potential key candidates and search internet job sites on a regular basis.​ The role will include hands-on recruitment duties and team supervision duties:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing candidate CVs and assessing their suitablity for specific roles.​
  • Re-sourcing candidates from the existing database, job boards and advertising and being creative in looking at other ways to find suitable candidates for a range of jobs at all levels.​
  • Liaising with Managers overseas regarding their recruitment needs and the relocation of successful candidates overseas.​
  • Managing candidate information, ensuring that all information is updated on the system, producing necessary statistics and management reports.​
  • Organising workshops and venues for candidate functions to include open evenings and recruitment events
  • Arranging video conference interviews with potential candidates.​
  • Co-ordinating offers and negotiation of contracts.​

You will have previous experience as a Resourcer/​Recruiter and be able to come up with all sorts of creative and resourceful solutions on how and where to recruit top talent from.​ You will need to demonstrate previous experience resourcing candidates from a technical/​engineering background or from the Oil and Gas industry.​ You will be an effective communicator in both written and verbal English, flexible attitude and a competent knowledge of computer programmes such as Word and Excel.​
