Account Manager
About the Job

Working on-site as an Account Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team who provide a dedicated and bespoke on-site recruitment and HR service.
We currently supply up to 300 agency workers on a daily basis in a clean production environment.
Your role as Account Manager will be to motivate and organise the account team in order to meet the service level agreement requirements. This will include daily and monthly meetings to ensure the 100% fulfilment of labour, forward planning recruitment activities, investigation, disciplinary & grievance activities, resolving customer complaints, identifying & delivering service improvements, managing a financial budget and ensuring monthly invoices are completed and signed off in a timely manner.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work on their own initiative, have proven people management experience and have the ability to develop solid working relationships with customers in order to resolve issues quickly and to the customer's satisfaction. You should also have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, however, occasional shift work will be required to cover holidays and absence
