As a result of recent successful project shortlistings, we are seeking Public Financial Management experts with the following technical experience:

  • Public Financial Management reform
  • Budget planning and execution
  • Budget control – internal and external audit
  • Implementation of Integrated Financial Management Information Systems
  • Assessment and capacity building of Supreme Audit Institutions
  • Tax reform (covering policy, collection and administration)

Whilst our key focus is on experts who have operated at national level, we are also interested in hearing from consultants with expertise at provincial and local/municipal level.

Suitable candidates should also possess:

  • A long and successful track record in their technical area (evidenced by details of project outcomes achieved)
  • Project experience in a range of developing countries
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
